All prices are net. If you pay as a Polish company or individual, we add 23% VAT. If you pay as a non-Polish company from any country, there is no VAT added.

Please note that the minimum prices for translation apply to non-urgent orders of 15+ pages.

* One page of sworn translation contains 1125 characters with spaces. The price is calculated based on the number of characters in the translated text. It can also depend on the type of text, urgency, complexity of formatting, language combination and other factors.

** We calculate specialist translations (business, legal, marketing, medical, technical, etc.) by the number of words in the source text, with the final price depending on the project.

*** For interpreting services, we charge per hour, with every started hour counting as a full hour. For interpretation at conferences, business meetings and any events outside of Warsaw, we usually charge per block of 3-4 hours.

**** Other linguistic services include DTP, multilingual SEO, translation audits, and so on.

Our office work during Coronavirus outbreak

Dear clients and partners! We would like to inform you that due to the current situation with the Coronavirus outbreak, we will work remotely from home. We will accept your translation requests by email and phone as usual from 9 am till 5 pm CET and deliver you the same top-quality services as earlier.

The health of our employees is of utmost importance, that’s why our office in Warsaw will be closed for visitors from March 16 till further notice. You can still order sworn translation by email, however, we will be able to send you only scans of the translation to your email. It will be possible to pick up hard copies only after the cancellation of quarantine in Poland. We can also send the sworn translation by post.
The situation does not affect specialized translations which do not require hard copies.
On-site interpreting services will not be available in Poland. However, you can always use the remote interpreting via phone, Skype or any other messengers.

Tymczasowa praca zdalna podczas pandemii COVID-19

Drodzy Klienci i Partnerzy!
Chcielibyśmy poinformować, że w związku z obecną sytuacją związaną z epidemią koronawirusa będziemy pracować zdalnie. Będziemy odpowiadać na wszystkie wiadomości i przyjmować zlecenia złożone telefonicznie lub za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej w normalnych godzinach pracy biura, tj. od 9:00 do 17:00, i niezmiennie będziemy zapewniać Państwu tłumaczenia najwyższej jakości.
Zdrowie naszych pracowników jest dla nas niezwykle ważne, dlatego nasze biuro w Warszawie będzie nieczynne od 16 marca do odwołania. Nadal istnieje możliwość złożenia zamówienia na tłumaczenia poświadczone za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej, ale przez jakiś czas będą je Państwo otrzymywać wyłącznie w formie skanu.
Odbiór wersji papierowych będzie możliwy po zakończeniu kwarantanny i zniesieniu stanu zagrożenia epidemicznego w Polsce. Istnieje również możliwość wysłania tłumaczenia poświadczonego pocztą.
Ta sytuacja nie ma oczywiście wpływu na tłumaczenia zwykłe, które nie wymagają wersji papierowej.
Tłumaczenia ustne, które wymagają obecności tłumacza na miejscu, nie będą się odbywały. Mogą Państwo jednak zamówić tłumaczenie ustne przez telefon, Skype’a i inne komunikatory.

Работа нашего офиса во время пандемии коронавируса

Уважаемые клиенты и партнеры! Хотим вас проинформировать, что в связи с угрозой распространения коронавируса, мы будем временно работать удаленно на дому. Мы будем принимать заявки на перевод как обычно на эл. почту и по телефону с 9 утра до 5 вечера по варшавскому времени и предоставлять услуги перевода такого же высокого качества как и раньше.

Здоровье наших работников превыше всего, поэтому наш офис в Варшаве будет закрыт для посетителей с 16 марта до дальнейшего уведомления. Вы можете все также заказывать присяжный перевод по эл. почте, но мы будет отправлять вам только скан. Забрать распечатанный перевод с печатью и подписью возможно только после отмены карантина в Польше. Также есть возможность отправления присяжного перевода почтой.
Данная ситуация никак не сказывается на специализированных переводах, которые могут быть высланы через Интернет.
Не будет возможности предоставления устного перевода с физическим присутствием переводчика в Польше. Тем не менее, вы всегда можете заказать устный перевод в дистанционном режиме, который будет осуществляться по телефону, скайпу и другим мессенджерам.
